Polo LCSW is welcoming new clients to our boutique agency. As a boutique agency, we take on a limited clientele. It allows us to provide our clients with personalized close attention, to their service needs, in order to best achieve successful service outcomes.

It may be required that you complete a confidential intake form located to the right. We look forward to reviewing it to better understand you and your needs.

We specialize in the treatment of  individuals, couples, and in the following areas  below:

We are a LGBTQ affirmative provider. As an affirmative provider, our agency takes the position that there is nothing inherently wrong with being gay, bi-sexual, lesbian, or transgender. We focus on repairing the harm done to these clients  helping them move from shame to pride. Polo LCSW also provides therapy services for those people who are questioning their sexuality. We provide a safe & confidential place to explore one’s feelings towards the movement in living a more authentic & fulfilled life for one’s self.

Group Services: We plan to provide group services and plan to announce them, as appropriate, based on specialties and client needs.

The Agency hours are as follows:

We offer limited premium service hours: Tuesday and Thursday evenings and  Saturday and Sunday from 9am-2pm. We are taking temporary residence  at the Matthew John Salon. We plan to expand operational hours & provide full services once we break ground on a new permanent agency facility.

Standard Service Fee Schedule:

Personal/Business checks, money orders, and/or cash are welcome. We do accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Expresa cards – card service fees may apply.

An agency service retainer fee of $150.00/Individual or $195.00/Couples is required prior to each appointment which must be reconciled prior to each session. The retainer fee will be used If you cancel a scheduled appointment without a minimum 48 hour notice, we will not be able to use this time for another client. You will be billed for the entire cost of your missed appointment and the retainer fee will be used as payment. Within 48 hours of the next scheduled session, the retainer fee and the service fee must be reconciled in full.
